Poor Pay. Lack of growth opportunities/ overseas travel opportunities. Transport facilities for staff is very poor. Clearly reflects the cost cutting measures. Pathetic food at cafeteria shows lack of attention to quality.

Work environment is best here by providing good lighting around, Good seating arrangements, good Remote IT technical Support ,Another merit is my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds.

Compensation is average, growth is slow. Most of the time Managers are concern only about the volumes not for the persons who work under the queue,

All over it's a good place to work. Work life balance depends on department and jobs role as it varies. Be in good team can be really helpful here. Work culture is good, mostly for female employees.

Pay management is not that good as mostly underpaid. Not satisfied with package.

Good work life balance. Provides global financial experience and outlook. Quality of work can vary depending on the team. There are teams with really mundane work where others have high quality work. Liberal respectful culture.

Nothing to dislike very much. But salary is typically just about median in many cases lower vs the industry. Designation and salary growth is typically slow.
