I worked in HSBC Kolkata so rating as per my experience there - Internal growth is minimal, too much cost cutting, micro management, no focus on skill development, too much politics inside, hikes are like peanuts you have to be on good books of your managers to get good hike, performance doesn’t matter. HSBC should re-access there Management’s skills and compatibility, may be this reason for high attrition.
