People are good and friendly. No salary delays. Flexibility is great.

Dislikes

Management during and post covid has been very weak. Everyone is frustrated in Design Dept due to the weak decisions made by Upper level people. It's been quite a long time but still there is no certain period of shift rotation, whenever they want they change it. Moreover No any allowence has been provided after Doing Shifts. Only boys have to work in shifts, Girls are permanently placed in 1st shift as if their health and routine matters.

The work-life balance here is poor. They only offer shift work for men, so consider your health before joining. There's little opportunity for growth as they have a PLM system, which limits your learning. Promotions are rare, and the office environment is dominated by partiality. The manager Mr. Shashikant mathpati, who is Kannada, has hired his college friends Prashant tonape, Raghunath and kiran, creating a toxic atmosphere full of office politics. The recently joined General Manager, Sanjay, came from the production line and is the main person responsible for introducing shift work. During COVID-19, he failed to provide laptops for work-from-home arrangements also he has knowledge about that China Office was on remotely working. He’s very egoistic and lacks knowledge of proper management. My final advice is to avoid joining this company. While it might be difficult to find another job, working here could severely impact your market value in the long run.

The company is open to inovation and readily adopts latest technology,high quality product and has a global client base.As a result I get to travel abroad especially to the China.

Excellent management with a great support from GM. Always makes employees feel better during work. Good work environment. Supportive design department, account section and all other departmemt colleaguee makes work smooth.

Company provides all facilities except cab, which is essential for the technical department which serves for overseas clients at different time zones.

The company is adopted and created it's own technology , that is not technically applicable anywhere . The all technical information will be forbidden from the Indian workers.

Dislikes

Qualifications doesn't make much difference . So more educated don't get designation as per their qualification . Only Technical knowledgeable have a space in plastic injection molding. "Working experience is not applicable anywhere. " "To join a comparator will be against the employment rules and bond which you sign during joining the company"
