... one more thing. When you work in HRS, never feel that ,You work in MNC. you get salary but knowledge just zerooo. And about Notice period , this is very terrible experience . 2 month notice period and it's compulsory, this is just for make things difficult to go out from HRS. The day when you resign from that day you are treat as enemy. There are lots of things to dislikes but thanks God , I Left meaning less MNC. one should thing before joining. Need money only or satisfaction with knowledge.....

Nothing to like did job just because of signed a bond with them

... job withing 6 month after getting incentive you have to repay it again to them. Salary increament also getting very less & not on time. It is feels like a school not a workplace. They using very old things to execute work.

There are visionary leaders at top(not at factory level). This organization will be good if micro managing people at manger level changed to young bright people.

Dislikes

They call themselves a MNC but not a thing here is like MNC. Micro Management, Unprofessional behaviour and utter nonsense rules by certain groups of people. They run this company like school. They hire freshers to just to do toil work no training provided even if you tell that to your managers. Not a single person working here with 5+ years of experience will be able to get job outside this organization.

More or less good individuals with no authority and terrible people (at top) with all the authorities. Makes it a high potential player who walks at turtle's speed.

Dislikes

One man show from the top. even if you describe everything at wall to put your case. no one will listen and whatever happens is attributed to one person at top (well slightly below the top) . No decentralization of authorities. only one authority for price, technical, execution, expenses, leaves, events any thing not mentioned here. No one else is practically required.

Harassment of employee BOND -5 years Not provide relieving letter of employee even employee ready to pay Bond amount very Bad culture no one should waste theire time here. yet not provided relieving letter of employee who has given proper resignation . HOD & HR are very cruel. Treat to employee as slave
