I like my Team Leader Nithiya mam that's it and we have promotions like 6 months once that's really nice compares to other companies

Shift timings, they don't we consider our preference, worst restroom facilities nd workspace infrastructures, Salary date and sometimes salary would delay, we can't except the correct salary amount, if we done week off login, they might pay us sometime, most of the time they don't pay us. For work from home we need pay. So many drawbacks in HRH.

Learning of training is good the teaching guide I also good

Shift time is not satisfied and salary is not credited by right time .the manager are not responding with correct solution.leave consideration is not applicable even emergency they are only consider in their side not employee.

I did not like the company first a fall the waste company i have ever seen In my life There is nothing good about HRH so i would suggest don't ever go for the job in hrh it,s worst company I'm regretting to be part of this company

...company they will not support for anything they just need there work that's it We will not receive the salary on time it's always late. TL's don't support the agent's they have there own favouritism this is how they are running company. if you are dieing also you have to work and you have to die they will not give permissions at all. so i would suggest don't be the part of this company

It is a great place to work. Always there to help their employees.. Especially HR manager Priya is so supportive.. Work place is like moms home.

Dislikes

Salary and other benefits are very low compared to many other customer support companies. Promotions are biased towards one particular group of community r people.

Waste company I was suffering with fewer I informed the company but the company removed me without any mail and did not give my salary!

Salary date is 15th and also every month I have received the salary after 19 only waste and awful company especially TL Asraar for the Swiggy Dee process waste team leader who never support or understand the employee
