Worst company I have ever seen no respect for employers

How can any one comment politely when they are not giving respect to their employees especially woman employees there is no work life balance we have to do extra time work but no appreciate leave the appreciation part if the management didn't spoke rudely is enough appericiation they don't know how to talk also they are head of teams I don't know what that people are doing there worst people at all I have seen

I worked in this company and loved the working atmosphere, I found my self very much comfortable during my tenure in this company, actually a nice place to work where senior supports and management appreciate you with your good work. Pathetic experience, always done overtime, never get any incentive for extra work, done more than target but never get appreciation, always get threat, poor management, never suggest anyone to work in this low class pathetic company

Management, 12 hours working hour, no manner to talk with employee , no self respect, job security is zero, salary never on time.. Overall pathatic waste and zero company
