my teammates is very nice and compactly helpful, but actually HQ Lamps have no security for the Job.

Company management was good, but some skip of systems by the management, No other benefits for any employee, working hours 12, so that is not very good, not good culture.

There was was a good platform for learning. It give good experience with better career starting. Here work environment was very good and management also give training and learning classes for better future.

Dislikes

There was no transportation services for employees. And appraisal and salery increment was unexpected. But for learning and innovation purpose it was good experience.
