In Hpcl refinery contract workers are only used by the company and contractors, good to work for0-1 years in contract then you should leave this place because there is no growth in salary by the contractors.And work life balance is also not good.

HPCL didn't think about contract workers, they demand only work but no one taking about contract workers salary improvement.

I like about working at hpcl plant and job security how they handle employees working in plant taking care of safe and management handle the situation they respect each and every worker in the campany and etc

The important thing is allowance. You get a better life than corporate job profile. Working as a officer grade. And if you in sales then as a govt officer you have checking rounds to filling stations of your region.

There is no such bad point but only you will not be learning new skills or improving.

It was the worst experience working with HPCL company they don't even provide proper food and the place they give us to stay is very worst its like hell they don't even give the salary for the person who have worked there ots my personal experience

They don't provide good food and they don't provide better place to stay even ots not gud nor better they still didn't even give my salary its been 7 months

The team work and team spirit was amazing. The guidance from the superiors was helpful. Learning and experience of working was at par compared to my previous experience.

Dislikes

Had to work in remote place and social life was nil. Employee benefits was okay and could have been made better.
