Will notify you 1 month before to find another job as you are not working properly no warning to work properly just fired Skill development: nothing at all. U have to do just what u have told no taining for off role. Work satisfaction: worst experience Company culture: suffocating and worst in world treat off role like servants

... my tenure of 13 year. A truly professional company with good work life balance. One can think about his retirement if he/she is not very ambitious about carrier and package.

Dislikes

Promotion policy is very poor. You have to wait atleast 5 years to get promotion, if everything will go in your favour else may take 6-8 years to get single promotion.

Employee benifits, health salary bonus are at par. Overall its good. Township with facilities.

Dislikes

Irregularities in bonus and increments and promotion. Lots of cost saving leading to supress innovation, which is harmful for its future.
