...dul sir, he is my Boss. The is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are also very good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is providing for new joiners

Good work environment. Teammates are supportive, Management rules are transparent. Staff and managers are friendly.

Dislikes

No carrier growth for support staff, no accommodation provided to support staffs. Very less salary increments for supporting staff.

...ring contract not good becouse not care employee's and harrassment personally It's been three years and I still haven't been paid my outstanding salary Bonus contract employee hed office is not treated well, talk very badly HMEL company good but contact bonace engineering vary bad I am very sad working in bonace contractor 😔

...balance: office shift end at 6 pm mostly but need to stretch one time a week. Salary n benefits: only salary and no benefits Promotion n appraisal: no promotion and very low appraisal Job security: Terrible. Will notify you 1 month before to find another job as you are not working properly no warning to work properly just fired Skill development: nothing at all. U have to do just what u have told no taining for off role. Work satisfaction: worst experience Company culture: suffocating and worst in world treat off role like servants

... my tenure of 13 year. A truly professional company with good work life balance. One can think about his retirement if he/she is not very ambitious about carrier and package.

Dislikes

Promotion policy is very poor. You have to wait atleast 5 years to get promotion, if everything will go in your favour else may take 6-8 years to get single promotion.
