The salary is median, and hike is also average compared to the work done by engineers. They should do a market correction in their salary.

Providing cab facility for all employees.

Dislikes

the lack of job security for contract employees and they're treated differently, especially in industries like finance,but it's true that the feeling of not being as valued can be discouraging. I never seen this type of targeting doing for contract employee.

Managers behaves like they owns us no leaves are provided by them but company rules have leaves if we go against them they will move us to other team without notice

Appraisal and night shift allowance is very less compared to the market. Promotions are based on internal interviews and not on performance. No OT options available.

I think there’s some sort of work life balance

Dislikes

One may feel outcast if their manager is not inclusive. Not transparency on updates coming from higher ups. No presence of global team. Lot of imbalance. Hike and incentives are quite low.
