There full of scamer. U will get salary on time that's it. After u join the company just forget about promotions. If u are a drunker yeah.. than u will get promotion u need slave become slave of cluster managers. There is no bonus. No promotion. No freedom. No salary hike. The higher management full of drunkers

Accommodation and meals provided by the company and also salary on time. These are the only benefits.

Dislikes

Management needs to stop micro management. Housr is Customer centric for sure but not employee centric. Some people needs to learn etiquettes that how to treat people.

... Head is one jealous person, all the time shouting woman, trying to control all. They will talk so sweetly to force you to accept very low salary also. Glassdoor reveiws are fake also. Employee is forced to write those. Everyone leaves in 2 - 4 months. U can check on LinkedIn.

In the corporate office, Very flexible job, I love my job and I love working on weekends even they do not ask for, I like the culture very open and all are like friends sometime little strictness rest Everybody is very nice. Housr is love planning for long term work as well :)

I only liked that it was based inside a We Work office space. Apart from that terrible culture, no support and guidance from the management and not even the staff. The employees working in finance and HR were so pathetic. Have no work ethics and values. They even lack basic etiquette and will keep telling the new joiners to keep suffering and saying sorry to the management. The CHRO is an evil person with no manners to talk. She will call you to her office and scream at you without giving you a chance to speak. Apparently, she doesn't like it when someone tries to speak in front of her. She will talk to you like you're her slave.

Dislikes

I didn't like anything there. Everyone was so toxic and cunning. If you're reviewing this section for company reviews before or after your interview at Housr, this is your sign to save your life and not join this organization as it will shut in some time because of employee harassment cases (yes there are tons of legal cases against the CEO and CHRO). Just don't join.
