Especially the 3D department. Managers try to force employees to work over 9 hours. Target-based work in the Studio department. They ignore the best performers in the departments. Please don't try to finish your work on time or before time. It doesn't matter to you. 9-10% appraisal yearly for those who can prove themselves on a self-task sheet over 120%. either 0%. No increment policy on Promotions. Promotions are not part of the salary benefits, they said. Please do not provide additional work or work from beyond your boundaries without any financial benefits. Monday to Friday job but forced to come on every Saturday. Very irritating Department.

Salary offered by them is good.Policies that are framed are good but they don’t get implemented as they should be tbh.

Dislikes

Ohh I can write a list about this. There is too much micromanagement in the HR department. Forget about work life management. They want you to give 100% time of yours in the company. Leaves are a big NO NO. All the policies that company has doesn’t apply to the HR department. Also the working days are Mon-Sun.

FastFox is good company to start with. Career growth is fantastic and the compensation is incomparable. Work environment gives a feel of work at home. Management is so supportive.

Work-life balance is one which is unsatisfactory but if someone who loves challenges and have do it Attitude will love this company.

Deepak Yadav (Defence Colony) ,worst manager I have seen till yet,he tried to humiliate every employee in his team in front of others to make number only,he Don't know how to handle a team even he have no closure techniques, peoples are resigning from his team by his behaviour only.He also force to do work on holidays and didn't approve compensation off .

...e place for new bees and Hard workers. Very tough to sustain and get incentives. If manager supports the new bee then possible to get incentives or salary increase. I wasted my 2 years of career here.
