Designers are not given a proper room to work on. They work in the store room. The store itself is located in such a place where the costumer will never be able to find it. 0 marketing and strategy knowledge= 0 growth The head designer would compare themselves with elite and celebrity designers No paid leaves, they give no respect but expect a certain amount of respect from you. They show no gratitude but want you to think like it's your own company. If your design Aesthetics doesn't matches his, then you are a bad designer and good for nothing This man is the rudest person I have ever come accross in my life. He had nothing to do but has money which makes him to behave rudely to almost everyone from a designer to tailors, to managers and production head to other workers. I would request everyone if you want growth and respect, work hard, get your skills more polished you guys deserve better and not this company for sure

No work life balance in the company, no concept of leaves, long working hours that doens't help the employees anyway, zero help and cooperation from the superior, rude behaviours , super strict regulation, no transparency.
