Work culture no any ethics no supporting environment no salary on time , no leave even need to work on week off if target not done, they will cut salary if they think, timing issue, uneducated BDM, bogus brand, bogus products, false salary claim and incentive they claim but did not provide they provide it to their chamcha only Highly recommend not to join , never leave your current job in any situation or go for other company

If you like to watch webseries like Mirzapur ,Go and work there, In my first day, I realised that I had done a very big mistake by leaving my last job no specified name of the parent company also make me feel strange and now searching for new job

...ment No ethics No Rules and Regulations Fearful atmosphere Hectic timing I don't know more about is there any salary related issue as I work for 7 days only but talk with some employees and indications are not positive Monday to Sunday, Friday off

For last 1.5 years I working with this company. I promoted as a AM(Associate manager). And every company are going with good and bad reviews. But as per my opinion working culture is similar as byjus.(Bad for losers Good for winners) If you handle the hard-core sales pressure then welcome to House of edtech.
