the company is open to innovation and new ideas. I like the fact that i get the opportunity to share my ideas and implement. Another plus point is that my colleagues are very talented and supportive. thus we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Basic amenities like canteen and washrooms are not as per decent standers. Need to unorganized workings, department and random tasks are given which are not mentioned in the KRA.

There is nothing to be liked about the company, its just a loss making firm without any proper planning. People get hired and fired in a mere interval of 4 -5 months . Job security- 0% .. management = -100%. Budget = 0. A company with 0 depth pockets. Very disgusting

Well if you’re willing to join this company and getting shortlisted by the agencies. Please run away! Boddess and house of beauty is entirely a loss making company. They have recently laid off entire team without any notice and no this isn’t a survival business decision. They work only on contact hiring and their supply chain is horrible. It’s toxic culture created by international brands business head. They treat interns like garbage and instead of learning they get to do minuscule work. Operations has no idea and marketing doesn’t work at all

Culture - My company has amazing work culture and allows employees to work freely, there is a good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts. Policies - Lots of employee friendly policies and initiatives by HR. Many cultural events are celebrated by the employees. Infrastructure - Nice and huge building with all necessary equipment. Ready to hear the employees feedback and take proper actions and initiatives on employees suggestions. Always ready to upgrade according to market standards and adopt latest technologies. Gives you proper Work life balance where you can work peace of mind. Well stable organization Gives you the opportunity to grow with the organization and Learning Curve. Introduces new courses to upgrade the skills of the employees.
