One thing that truly standsout for me is the open seating arrangement that fosters interactivity. The culture here is not just open physically but also in terms of communication. It encourages learning from seniors, enagaging in floating conversations and most importantly, embracing and learning from your flaws. Working as a Business Analyst at HotWax involves a diverse set of responsibilities from UAT and documentation to client interaction, project and task management and client support.

There could be an option to work from home on somedays to provide better flexibility.

Good company to learn ERP solutions, backend developer have good career opportunities in the company. Company provides good appraisals if you have good skills. Flexibility of time and breaks. They provide variety of foods, breakfast, lunch, and evening snacks and Friday is special for foodies. Company has really good mentors.

Dislikes

For frontend developer company do not have that much good opportunities, consider only if you want to learn old backend techs, but these techs are not in use in the Market like(ofbiz, moqui) so while changing job you need to start again with fresh tech stack. 9 to 9 for new joiners is terrible. Micro manegement sometimes kills your peace.

They are terrible people with old minds and use old technologies. Their CEO (Anil Patel) is running a family, not a company. There is no work life balance they expect you to work for more than 10 hours each day (on Saturday and Sundays as well). Zero Job security. They don't respect their employees and good work means more work. They don't appreciate talented employees.
