New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. Dislikes

The director of Customer service, don't know anything about customer service. She is the dumbest person I have ever encountered. While Hiring, if you cannot clear the gate 1, you will thrown out without any re-attempt. Once you have joined, they will put you into everything, where they don't have proper planning in customer support.
