... stupid company and with stupid people.Worse working space u will ever get guys.This company targets desperate ppl who wants a job with attractive smwhat fine salary.u get paid late that itself not online transaction. u will get it as paycheck. and most of the time u will get it late. you gets the worse head designer who is a merchandiser and she is useless narcistic. No one teaches you or guides you professionally. a very small exporting company filled with brainless ppl including head designer/merchandiser and ofc colleagues. i warn you guys to stay far far far away from them as much as possible..all of them are toxic,heartless, mocks, makes fun f you. they all do same thing and no experience work8iing in good place but claims themselves as pro. They are all childish and shouts to show how evil they are. You will never please them . even if u smile they shouts even if you cry they shout and you move they all kill you with their stabbing words. Dont trust anyone from this place. all of you guys deserves great enviornment than this cultulreless place with cultureless people. Self respect and self love needed before you work here. you wont learn anything from here than learning how to copy things professionally. everyone is a liar. and soon once everything is done within few months they will fire you. if not other designers will force you to quit for their own benefits. Dont fall for their good pay, the more you goes closer u burns up. Best wishes for new joiners.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are average, appraisals are good and they give average hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

This review is for Surya International export House located in naraiyna delhi Job security : none, they fire people abruptly without any proper reason Work: work is mediocre with no scope for real learning Management: Poor management in hardgoods department, head designer is not clear in her requests, and has zero skills regarding design development Summarising, there is no clear direction in this company, no scope for development, and no freedom to work as per your convenience

Nothing to like make you overwork and once the work is done fires you without any warning and does not pay you no matter how long you have worked for them but mostly people can't work past 1year you will be lucky to have worked for a year

To much politics no work ethic absolutely no manner to talk to employees and management is more interested in there personal affair than actually care about there employee and who does the work
