Pathetic management. Worst pay scale . No of no bonus. Always ready to deduct employees salary for small issues. No job security. Management not interested in the well being of its staff. Always hiring new staff to replace skilled labour just to reduce cost.

Shift will be on moods whenever you want to come and go you can do.

Less salary No learning things Hight level management is not take any responsibility of yours mistake You have to pay if you do any mistake

Though the hotel is individual 5 star hotel but the culture is so good as compare to any group hotel... people are excellent their and specially the owner and his girl who r also the part of the management...

Worst hotel ekdam third class HR manager Sachin Valavande ne pure hotel ki maa behen kardi h they only try to deduct your money from your salary also service charge system is worst the position of manager level have more points and ground level staff who work hard have 2 3 points which come around 2k service charge upar iss dhaba hotel me koi guest bhi nhi aata joh bhj aata hai gaali deke jata ghatiya taste.

I don't want to like to work in this hotel because in this situation period this hotel not saport, till locked down they not given any salary,how we will work in this hotel .

In this hotel I personally given my 100%to the hotel but hotel not given me any thing.
