Yeah you can say as well front office is like a Little bit work pressure because many time i have attend lots of calls in the morning or evening in rotational shift sometimes late into nights. I'm not giving any chance to proof me as for my any fault thts why i have to back my suggestion many times. I get many appreciation mails from clients, but they mostly go unnoticed my appraisal. My seniors always motivate me and help me to guide step by step to move forward in future.
