Immense politics under the hood of " we are not a politics encouraging company", Giving false hope before hiring, no organizational structure, they think they can with hold pay after leaving and harass employees, followed up many a a times. Do not go by the reviews posted here on ambition box they are internally posted by all employees and management ( seniors) had asked them to. Micro management to its peak. They themselves have no plan how they wish to go forward even if they have some really nice goals.

nothing to dislike, changes happen so as adaptation, but we need to focus the positive adaptation to add the value to the company growth

ONLY POLITICS CLUSTER GM AGARTALA AND CORPORATE HR MANAGER KOLKATA ARE MAINLY INVOLVE IN ALL BAD WORK CULTURE AND THEY ARE NOT CAPABLE WHAT POSITIONS THEY HOLD AND I CHALLENGED THEM BOTH IF HAVE QUALITY THEN LET ACQUIRE SAME POSITION IN ANY GROUPS
