Worst work culture.. They don’t care about your life. Lot of internal politics. Strict timing as ASMs and above are also need to punch their attendance at distributor point. Every Data has to be prepared by ASMs only. No HR in company. No data come from company. All days get wasted in these works only. Never work here

Not a employee oriented company. You will not get freedom of work nor your decision will be considered. Top management is no where. Specially maintenance department is like horse without rider. Worst department and specially department head. No technical discussion will be held. High level of politics. No promotion only you have to work and work thats it. Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
