My Work Experience Comes From This Group Of Hotels If I See Then I Would Love To Say That I Dont Really Think Any Sort Of Disliking For Me About This Group Of Hotel To Work With . If I Get Any Opportunity In My Life Comes From This GroupOf Hotels Then I Must Say I Would Really Appreciate & Grab It Even I Have AlreadyWorking Somewhere Else , Coz Thats My One Of The Top Most Brand Of Hotels At Where I Always ReadyTo Work With Any Where In India Or Abroad .

The seniors and managers were so helpful. They taught me each and every skill of f&b and corrected me when I was wrong. They never treated me as a trainee. I was just like other banquet staff.

Dislikes

Working hours was so long.. But I never had a problem with that. My roaster was same as the other staff members. I have worked 26 hours with my team non stop.. And that was the most memorable experience of my training.

Overall experience working with this organization gives me satisfaction, Few Seniors are very helpful & ready to help you whenever you are in need. Management is good. Coustmer class is Good. Few personal issue regarding food & Leaves, lack of staff in department are aside , it is recommended place to work.

In like other properties we also have same issues because property is more than 7 years old. Product is also required renovation but it's not in that speed which is required for achieving best comments from customer

Individual & self work place. you are the one who can take the responsibility towards the work. Overall great place to work. I love the program train the trainer and got the certificate. Every people is directly connected. Small place but have a beautiful garden I loved that place when I was there.
