...e are many things Food which they serve for staff is bad Lenthy shift hours Less salary Not even a single benefit for staff Other company give 50% discount to staff and in hotel marine plaza for a cake they will keep on saying for giving that cake Less staff Everything is worst in hmp i hate working only geoffreys is good and the staff are good

Dislikes

The management is not good. Managers are not supportive. Very less staff in all departments. If any guest complaint happened no one will help you. Inside there is internal politics also happened. FNB manager want his ba**ls licking boys to work there but not supportive also.

Hotel Marine plaza is really a good property for interns , even the staff was too good and sharing knowledge to jr . Keeping each and everything up to date with each and everyone. I loved working with each and every departmen of the hotel.
