No such traveling or trips, yet in house activities are fun at times. In house politics (can be find any where on earth) is quite obvious. Working environment is sound, yet unnecessary interference of one department into other may cause hindrances. Work life balance is good, due to flexibility in offs and leaves, since it's an Hospitality Industry.

I have a terrible experience to work here. The owner of the property Alok Agarwal was a mad man. His behaveiour was terrible and job security was zero here.No body want to work here.

It is a fantastic hotel in guwahati. Actually I serve as executive accountant in hotel landmark group. There are four hotel as Landmark under ownership of Respectable Dipankar Baruah (MD) in Assame and Meghalaya. I am responsible to work in three hotel and along with everyday i serve as assistant accountant At Subhankar Beverages Pvt Ltd Company. The Subhankar Beverages Pvt Ltd is one of the better package dringking water manufacture conpany.

Dislikes

Just fewer Indiscipline process followed by accounts department workers.
