Working with not only formule1 even accor group of any Hotel, working culture is very nice, career growth is also good, higher management is very supportive, I learned many things in this property but I quit because of the brand transition

Salary package was very low, career growth is good but salary they provide was very less.

... any celebration comes then entire hotel will get decorated by all team members.when it comes to salary i must say the company policies was good because its depends on your work, if you proved that you're a good and smart worker then company automatically start giving you the appraisal as per your performance by the decision of your manager. In 2year i got the appraisal for 3times and my salary was also increased. Most of the companies used to have the things called politics which is Normal but i must say in this organization this word doesn't exist, because there's no chance to encourage politics. It was lovely and awesome experience which i had in formule one hotel.

There was nothing dislike i can say about the company. Everything was convenient to employees.

The hotel is located in a Excellent Location, as a employee we have requirements something like food & accommodation. The hotel manager was really rude & his behavior and attitude is really worst on the employees. I think his responsible will be decrease to the management. From the Hotel Formule1 Chennai OMR Staff no one has worked more then 5 Years only for the Hotel Manager. Job Security : If you will not walk as per the hotel manager. Hotel Manager will ask to put the resignation paper on that day itself.

Hotel Manager Behavior, attitude, ego etc.
