Great location. Customers/visitors crowd usually consists of a mix of Tourists, Businessmen, Corporate/Official and even Groups (Families or friends). 75% of the staff is friendly, co-operative and down to earth. Loyal Customers always make you feel good and treat you like family.

Dislikes

...sue. The more closer you stay to the property, the more Reliever shifts you get. Salary is incompetent and growth or appraisals are nil, regardless of your performance. The operating system (Hotsys) is old and worn out in comparison with other hotels. Rooms aren't upto date - Furniture, ACs, Utensils used for food are all out of time. Laundry service is disastrous. No cafeteria for staff. Shortage in cash - you pay. Excess in cash - goes to company. Policies change every now and then. POV of every Director is different and staff has to suffer the consequences.
