The professional attitude and the workplace environment . Initially it was challenging job for me but after creating a great working environment , culture and a great team , it was great working there. I love my job because everyone shares the same vision and is dedicated to the missions. This truly create a family environment , where everybody iis there for each other. I worked hard to maintain this culture and that level of trust which kerps me engaged and excited , but at the same time , I love that my job enables me to love and enjoy my other passion of life.

Dislikes

I found that there was no more scope of career growth in the company after reaching a certain level. Not focused much on training and development . The company had a stagnant point where they could simply retain employee without continuing to develop the potential in order to move the company forward. Compensation remains the same with no raise or appraisal and benefits hard to get as promised.
