Good, proactive and friendly team, professional and comfortable work environment. Excellent support from other teams, great leave policy and work hours. Very good scope for learning new skills.

Dislikes

Poor growth prospects, very little vision, appraisal is quite prejudiced and digresses to aspects that have nothing to do with work or performance, external teams have better appreciation of skills and performance. Leadership needs improvement. HR has more control of appraisals and reviews than team lead or manager.

Work culture is awesome, HR is one of the main strength, seniors are really good and understanding, they motivate us to work even better and never compare or demotivate us with any thing, compensation is really reasonable and increment are absolutely genuine and completely based on previous year targets performance. It takes time to understand things at first and get acclimatized with work model and system but if once u stay calm and keep on doing things you will start loving it and will definitely Njoy working with this organisation. They DNT just ask for suggestions from team but they ensure that doable suggestions are always implemented and improved with course to time to make our work easier than before every single time.

Job security is not available, their relatives and friends only will get all benefits, They can do whatever they want, if you work hard you will be in dangerous position, all college are very very head weight people

It's good time in my life I learned lot of things from this company. One and only my manager sakthi sir prasath anna. Given good training in my life. Sakthi sir changed my. Now I am working in dubai one of the leading company. Position manager in my under 700 resources working.

In hotcources is good company. Unfortunality for me no chance to work in hotcourses. Finally I got termination letter from Davi mam. I work hard but I can't able to fully fill there expectation.
