...nal orientation. 5) Lack of professional approach towards construction issues. 6) No timely salary dispersion. 7) Holding leave salary without any proper information given to staff 8)Poor communication- No interdepartmental Co-operation. 9) Lot of politics between departments. 10) lack of coordination,Hardly any efforts to achieve common goal unless top management intervention. 11) No training and mentoring given to team members hence no chance to develop newer skills. 12 ) No chance to get Final settlement.

While hot contracting with KNPC...proper time salary.

Dislikes

Voluntary making delay on settlement process. Voluntary filing case (Absconding case) against employee who resign from work and making much more delay for removing case by using unwanted reason. Not never giving proper answer on Hot head office staff especially senior payroll officer, harsh talking. After resingation while on notice not give proper PPE's Cheating against giving LOCAL TRANSFER to other company.

The most excellent time many employees enjoyed working was when Mr Sultan Fauzi was owner. He is down to earth person and fabulous human being

Top management believe hypocrite and favor Arab nationality even if they bull shit them nicely and employees who work with honesty and dedication are underrated and not rewarded as they deserve. Big talkers are those who know to play with words are most trust worthy
