It's good if you are looking to learn in a small company but growth will be very slow. Freshers can start their career from here but not so recommended for experienced people. Though you will get liberty to express yourself and have friendly environment.

The flexibility in timings. You can come early and leave early, no strict work timings. The CEO is very friendly and a good person to work with.

Dislikes

Employee benefits amount to zero. You don't have PF benefits. The probation goes for 6 months and don't get even 1 sick leave all these 6 months. And if due to any dire reasons you ask for wfh you'll get silent treatment.
