Honestly there is no job security as they hire you as a trainee for six month probation period while they never intimate you about your job status even a certain followeups. They never give any employee confirmation weather you complete six month probation or you work for them for years. When they feel they don’t need you anymore they will fire you telling that we are discontinued your prabation period ( they did same with me even after I worked there for 2 whole years with excellent performance). Coming to the work culture, you will get best colleagues and worst boss. They will never tell you their expectations. Even if you are performing quietly good, at the appraisals (which happens after every 2 years or no appreciation) they will tell you that they don’t need you and gives you very poor appreciation. Management is worst. If you have genuine problems and you share with them, they will say “ Its not our problem” For example: When there was lockdown announced by government on 21st March 2020 they asked all employees to come on alternate days which was fair. And work from home when you are not at office. I was afraid to use public transport and I didn’t had personal vehicle as I don’t drive. I asked them for work from home on everyday or I can come to office with my colleague as she had bike. They denied both options and one of our MD suggest me ‘ come walking to the office, its not our problem.’ ( I used to live about 8/9 kms from office and they knew ). They never take firm decisions and keep their employees hanging helplessly. Company policy: 1. Office time is 9.15am to 6.30 pm. They expect you to work daily extra hrs after office time without any benefits to employees. If you are decent ani time bonding employee you may have to hear taunting from department heads and MD. 2. They provide Mediclaim facilities which are quite good. And aslo provide annual employee medical checkup but you will never receive your reports. 3. 1/5 star 👎

1. No training provided. 2. Poor salary packages and appreciations ( Which doesn’t happen every year) 3. Nothing to learn and you will never grow up financially as well. 4. They talk sweet but never support. 5. All department heads are worst and plays internal politics without any reason. Thery never let you live in a peace. 6. There are 3 working units who fight everytime on silly reasons. 7. HR is arrogant and don’t respect any employee. Dumbest HR I have seen ever. Please note that I haven’t written this review holding any personal grudges. This is my geniune opinion. Also I don’t support fraud company. Freshers please do not apply to save your career.

A great team and working environment where you can fully be at ease with your work. Teammates make the process flow even more easier. The balancing with work and life is appreciated by the Directors themselves, so as an employee one does not need to sacrifice personal life. Overall a great working place with complete enthusiastic team and flurishing opportunities for individual developement.
