Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

I'm helping the company as per other workers tough time and company's tough time and they are also helping me after my dedication after accident 2nd operations when ever come back to home that time after 1day was working by me along with my whole head stitched.

Pay slips not given and increasing working time and urgent works as blogs and SEO related not given as fixed employee related proper salary as informed on last meeting through office will be increased salary from this month and not given on time salary and as an internship salary given by them too late for last month salary with deduction given on next month 28th date,2024 but I'm a fixed working professional sorry to inform here. Thank you in advance.
