Company is pioneer in EMS industry, technology is very excellent compared to other market products. Horiba products are reliable, efficient & robust. Working on these makes intelligent.

EMS Service Management is very poor, personal growth is very minimal which takes much time to suffer in field & stuck in same profile. Management don't want to grow their employees....

My main responsibilities included [Purchase order management, Once time material delivery, working in SAP MM module, Inventory Management], and I gained valuable experience in Supply chain Management. During my time there, I contributed to [Handling Projects -( Maruti, Kirloskar, Mahindra, Bosch, Tvs) and achievement - Best business Support of the year. I left to pursue new opportunities for growth and development."

While I appreciated my time at Company and learned a lot, there were certain challenges. For example, the lack of [like clear communication, career development opportunities,work-life balance] made it difficult at times to fully thrive. I’m now seeking an environment where [Dr. Lal path labs - ASM - Commercial, Procurement and Logistics, such as more collaboration, growth opportunities, or a better work-life balance]."
