...cs- High (regional feels are high, Ratio of Managers to working staff is high) Final words: Honeywell UOP is good brand company with moderate compensation, less job security company and required min. 5 years in the UOP to start/ gain exposure in the technology knowledge.

Work life balance is poor. Compensation is no where near to current market standards. Even though it is an MNC, the management makes it totally indian, which is to say simply, a lot of politics goes on, and you don't get rewarded on the basis of your merit.

Work life balance, too much of work, late night meetings. UOP is not the company which used to be in past. After Honeywell takeover lot of facilities, policies changed and that leads to frustration in employee. No clear vision in Delhi and US management for rapidly changing competitive market.
