+ The way the HR and hiring managers lie. + The way they forget to pay you the joining bonus. + They hire you for a different role and move to a different business unit and change your role after you join so be careful. + Managers a super helpful in avoiding and career related discussion and promotion policy.

Dislikes

+ There is no promotion policy. Stay in the same role and retire is the new norm. Don't believe me? Please check in Linkedin. People are working in the same position for more than 15 years. + HCE is the business unit that got created out of no where and should avoid at any cost. + Too much of north and south politics. Even for monthly awards. + Old employees are demoralizing the new joinee and taking all the credits + Old employees engaging in petty politics instead of adding anything valuable. + Even there is corruption for our sourcing activities.

Its a completely Management driven organisation, HR has absolutely NO say in any decisions. Job security is terrible, employees are asked to leave in a 2 week's notice and top leadership is absolutely not approachable.

I worked for 5.5 years in Honeywell Madurai and it's totally waste of time in my life. Poor Management, HR, Politics in Manager. No Recognition. WASTE.

Honeywell is Pay Master. Both sides offer free transport for people to log out post-9 pm onwards.

...y of people have been in the same Senior analyst position for the past 10 years. Except for salary, no additional benefit here. Not giving internet reimbursement also. Lots of cost-cutting started.

- Latest Technology stack - Appraisal in timely manner. - No variable pay in CTC.

Dislikes

- Don't expect any Team culture, no one will help works as individual contributor role. - Worst work culture, people are frustrated due to unplanned work executions. - Company is known as Escalation company by senior team members. - Senior Management is very biased and hardly understand anything.
