Lack of management transparency at initial time of joining due to very complex hierarchy structure, learning & skill development is restricted to an extent and career growth is very slow. IJP opportunities and policies are good but not followed on time and driven internally.

There were issues which does not address. There were no link between appraisal and salary hike. Can't rely on job security, you can ask one day to leave without looking at the back ground of the employee

...l benifits are all fake.. insurance are all delayed and something not even paid. They ask you to refer and the they don't pay the refferal bonuses. All fake promises and none delivered.
