...Instead of working in this company you may leave and search for another company.starting you will be getting good salary but at the end they will throw you out. Appearance of the company will look American mnc company but if you go inside it is paka local mnc company. Beware of this company.

...l benifits are all fake.. insurance are all delayed and something not even paid. They ask you to refer and the they don't pay the refferal bonuses. All fake promises and none delivered.

...end product to Delhi * No local service support & marketing material support * Last but not least all can be taken aside but only one person Atul Nainwal the worst can be as he hires only for 6months tenure and make laid off without salary & TA for the present month

I like the company culture and how it aligns with the market mega trends quickly. There are you lots of verticals available.

Dislikes

They just don't want to pay. Expected to work for long hours, but not compensated equally if compared to market standards. Promotions hardly happen. There is no work from anywhere option. We don't have flexibility to work from nearest Honeywell office.

It's and excellent company to retire, however you cannot fulfill this ambition as your growth takes a serious hit. Your passion and love for the company would be seen as your failure to get a new job amongst your colleagues.
