...tics and politics.just a big brand... culture is more worst that a lala company.no bonus,no gift, nothing.10% salary deduction in the name of Honeywell policy, people talk like fish market, every one shouting on each other,worst company in my currier and worst decision taken by me.no working hours,u have to stay till 10,11,12 of night,some time full night.

Good work life balance and good opportunities for people who want to make a mark for themselves.

Dislikes

Policy is very bad according to an MNC. No perks except salary. Health Insurance and Life Insurance missing. No Comp off or Extra hours.

Management is very poor. They don't care about employees.

Good team spirits. Very poor salary provided. Management want you to know everything about DCS, SM, networking, etc. without sufficient training.

Few teams have good learning curve. Flexible timings at office

... of year on year hike. I didn't see my work speak anytime during my tenure here. No flexible component in compensation as well, very less benefits.

The system and processes are exceptionally great and data availability is easy. It helps to be more strategic and analytical without wasting time on data arrangement.

Dislikes

Too many calls and work life balance is challenging across all the functions. No employee benefits apart from decent salary which doesn't help Honeywell to stand out in the market. Campus is average old style with big parking challenge.
