Honeywell Automation India Limited is one of the very few organizations with a great work culture and with utmost job security. I personally had a great time working with Honeywell Automation India Limited for the last 10+ years. Travel frequency, policies are in favor of employees at all times. all the leadership is easily approachable which makes this place as one desirable place to work.

Very few things to pinpoint. Probably compensation structure as compared to rivals in the market is bit lagging. But a great job security overpowers this point to a greater extent. There is still a room for innovation and thinking out of the box culture.

Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
