Appraisal Also they are trying for get all manpower from out sources only. Old people’s are only working with Honeywell on roll. No any kind of befits they are providing for 3 party resources also

Good chances of developing cross functional skills as developers, designers, quality and procurement teams are all in one place.

Dislikes

Layoff during covid times. Appraisal are not always based on your performance. You need to ask for it else you'll be neglected. Process oriented and so any decision takes ages to get finalized or approved.

Forced in office work, not much company culture, everything is outdated, benefits like medical/dental/eye has crazy high deductibles so not even worth opting in.
