Good point is questions asked by Japanese heads will help you think more deeply and your why's will become more clear as answers will be find by yourself only there will no help from existing leads. Biggest problem in the industry that has happened is the HR and Admin heads are always making worst rules and not helping out there employees, acting as goons in the company which you can see everywhere. A knowledgeable people will always focus on work and do his responsibilites without interfering in anyone's work.

...is is the situation. Suggestions make the employees happy and don't harass them. Salary is important so make them understand how to save income tax and company should make structure in such a way employees income tax is saved by company itself.

1 Management is forcing people to work overtime frequently 2 No work life balace 3 Longer work hours and unrealistic deadlines will make your health worse here. 4 project management is very poor. 5 no proper reporting manager, as everyone will tell you what to do. You end up doing nothing.

Good team bonding and culture, so many things we have to learn here. Good work environment and also good salary structure in the industry.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow and working time is not the same, sometime I have work 13-15 hrs
