Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There are lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joiners.

In this company I have safety by working in my heart.becouse in our company safety, salary, transportation, canteen all most all facility will available in proper manner. In employer will take care of employees in the way of ESI,PF,BOUNS etc.becouse i will safety to work in Honda.

1 . Salary structure is needs to be revised as market trade is high compared to HMSI. 2 . Politics is high and no career growth opportunity for new comers. 3 . HR faculty is very disappointing . Says something and does another thing. Very slow working. 4 . Number system is depends on buttering . No matter how much your involved and completing the work. Seniors doesn't appreciate your work , only buttering matters. 5 . Company's culture is getting adverse timely.
