There is a more work pressure & management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you can't resign. On the job training, is not given to new joinees.

I have been worked for 3 months because of my financial problem but they not even give me a salary and incentive properly 😒 it's a worst experience in honda company. They did this for each and every person those who worked there. If it's possible take action over that branch(shimali honda nadukadai Thiruvaiyaru thanjavur district)

There is a lot of politics is going on and our issue salry is not giving on Time. On the job training is not giving to new joininers.

Every seniors or juniors employee are there equal this company working place working style maintenance all are very good there and all are give respect each other , company management is not so good for employee increment case but other all management is so good , basically company policy is very good for girls all type of security given us thanks for given this chance to learn much more things
