As an Intern the work load was very minimal. My mentor gave me a better understanding about the strategies they are using for Marketing for Honda Cars.

Dislikes

I believe as an intern we should focus more on learning rather than stipend/salary but there was no stipend for the interns and every person was so busy they were least bothered about the interns. They hardly knew that an intern is coming to the office or not.

HCIL also offers benefits such as: Uniform, Shoes, Food,Bonus, Attendance, awards, Two days holiday in a week, 30 days leave in a year  and Good experience to work

Dislikes

Honda company sacks employees after two years,

Likes

As an overall company it is really good. Timely dispensing of salary. Job security. 5day working Little trouble on weekends Chances of overseas travel.

Dislikes

Too much power distance between Management and Employees. Work Culture really depends upon your HOD/department, HR involvement is merely during Talent Acquisition and Exit interviews.

Honda is good in terms of flexible working although in Manufacturing set up, policies, learning and job security

Dislikes

Office Politics sometimes become dominant, less freedom in expressing your views, not a good pay master and slow growth

Likes

Good Work environment and culture and management are also supportive.The company give good salary and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and some time our complaints and issues are doesn't proceed to managment system. Permanent job opportunity chances is very low so we are disappointed to this.
