it's hiring only two year contract based job and company use and throw executive. Only one station little skill share with candidate which is incompleted.

Honda is good in terms of flexible working although in Manufacturing set up, policies, learning and job security

Office Politics sometimes become dominant, less freedom in expressing your views, not a good pay master and slow growth

Good Work environment and culture and management are also supportive.The company give good salary and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and some time our complaints and issues are doesn't proceed to managment system. Permanent job opportunity chances is very low so we are disappointed to this.
