On weekends/holidays, you don't have to attend to clients There is a good salary structure and the incentive targets are achievable You can work independently and in your own time as long as the job is done. There is no micromanaging All necessary facilities like software and PCs are provided Management is friendly and approachable. They listen to the employees from time to time The company has a great management hierarchy system even if the roles change often The company is focused on tremendous amount of growth and are good at achieving them

Dislikes

There are no flexible timelines, work from homes or compensation working days etc Incentive structures keep changing and are not paid on time The company is not at all generous in granting even the basic holidays. You might feel a bit 'tied to the chair all day' if you don't love what you to do or are focused on it because the company is strict with the 9 hours of work time you put in everyday

Colleuges are good. Good Salary package for designer. Explore more options(design) career growth as professional.

Dislikes

There is no standard policy. Can't take continuous leaves. Won't get the proper update from HR related to payslip or offer letter. Strict in wearing I'd cards and log in time.
