There is a good work-life balance. On weekends/holidays, you don't have to attend to clients There is a good salary structure and the incentive targets are achievable You can work independently and in your own time as long as the job is done. There is no micromanaging All necessary facilities like software and PCs are provided Management is friendly and approachable. They listen to the employees from time to time The company has a great management hierarchy system even if the roles change often The company is focused on tremendous amount of growth and are good at achieving them

Dislikes

There are no flexible timelines, work from homes or compensation working days etc Incentive structures keep changing and are not paid on time The company is not at all generous in granting even the basic holidays. You might feel a bit 'tied to the chair all day' if you don't love what you to do or are focused on it because the company is strict with the 9 hours of work time you put in everyday

...e and staff are really friendly and always have access to speak with hierarchy, and they will also acknowledge that, Salaries paid on time.

Only dislike is incentives and cab allowance not paid on time

Salary date got changed and lunch hour became from 1hrs to half n hour and incentives is too late

I hope there was an option in negative I would have given that. So you can better understand what likes I will have for such organization.

Dislikes

1. Rude owner- needs proper understanding of how to talk, only with luck things can be running. 2. No woman is safe here- This organization 90% in-house working staff is a lady, there are certain creatures in this company who think they can approach any lady and misbehave with them, and mind you the management (owner) is aware of it. 3. Cheating the customer- The material they promise is never given (I have lot of proof with me from the customers, in chat and phone records, the main material (the in house ply) is not termite free. 4. Use of slangs- Openly people use dlangs, cheap comments which are Below the belt, with any staff members. Also against the owner. 5. No respect- They are free to say anything at any point of time. 6. No job security - I joined with an information that , if I quit will have to serve a notice period of 45 days (1 and half month) irrespective of my probation period by the hr. But hr left the job after 10 days of my joining, and I resigned in my 4th month. To my surprise they made me work for 3 days of my work and at night around 8 pm informed my the very next day is my last day, and didn't pay me for that 45 days, I had not signed any documents where this thing was mentioned, I was an 4 months old employee, the do the same with 3-4 years employees too. 7. Misbehave with their clients - Many chats I have, where the client has complaint about the behavior with them. 8. Not paying genuine incentive- On joining they show the attractive incentive. And while the time of payment they say the clients have canceled (because of the execution problem due to less staff and no hiring and continuous quit in job by the design team) 9. People quit on regular basis- each and every person in the oob here is looking for job outside. 10. Manager bad mouthing before the subordinates- my manager spoke all nonsense about me to my team. 11. Designers over burdened with projects - one one designer is assigned with 10-12 projects, which is out of their capacity, Leading to client escalation and dissatisfaction. The negative points are unending. I don't know till when their luck will favor But I can never be part of something like this, wrong decision to choose them.

Working at homzinterio has been an incredibly rewarding experience, allowing me to consistently push creative boundaries while collaborating with a talented team on diverse projects.

Dislikes

Sometimes felt like a constant race to meet unrealistic deadline with minimal support, leading to burnout and a lack of quality in our designs. And leave policy is also not great.
