There is no micromanaging All necessary facilities like software and PCs are provided Management is friendly and approachable. They listen to the employees from time to time The company has a great management hierarchy system even if the roles change often The company is focused on tremendous amount of growth and are good at achieving them

Dislikes

There are no flexible timelines, work from homes or compensation working days etc Incentive structures keep changing and are not paid on time The company is not at all generous in granting even the basic holidays. You might feel a bit 'tied to the chair all day' if you don't love what you to do or are focused on it because the company is strict with the 9 hours of work time you put in everyday

Amazing company with good environment and got a very good friends and management is always there to support

Salary date got changed and lunch hour became from 1hrs to half n hour and incentives is too late

In this company, we are unable to take additional holidays, as they are regarded as sandwich days

The appraisals are good, foster a positive work culture, we also do get to learn a lot.

Leave policies are not really great, specially for ones staying far from hometown, sometimes we even work during government holidays.

This company is good for learning and knowing new things. It purely depend on each designers input not other third person involvement is there. So there are more scope for learning and trying new things

Holiday calender is not proper.
